1 * Wedding Only- We decorate Wedding area or You decorate wedding area. Blue tooth speaker included. Dressing tent.
2 * Wedding & Roaming Reception - You OR We decorate Wedding area. This option is a wedding reception without tables or chairs.
No seating, large dining tables, centerpieces. Guests stand, mingle, and move freely throughout the space,
Buffet-style grazing tables for charcuterie, sliders, veggie trays, snack foods, crackers, nuts- that you provide
Cake cutting or dessert table, Food/ Dessert Tables include linens. Dance Floor included. Bluetooth speakers included.
Toasts and short speeches (guests stand or gather around) Scattered seating areas with outdoor chairs, benches. The focus is on
socializing, dancing, rather than a formal multi-course meal, More like an informal 'no frills' party than a formal sit down dinner.
3 * Wedding & Reception - Regular or Deluxe ->> includes Day of Wedding coordinator
Day before Rehearsal- set up time
Guest Tables, White Linens, Some supplies available to make table Decor- (or you can decorate with your own)
Dance Floor, Cake Table ,Tables for your Food , Tents for Bride/Groom to get dressed, Bluetooth speaker for Wedding Music/ Reception music
Rehearsal/decorate time night before wedding, Garbage Cans
REGULAR PACKAGE- You decorate/take down Wedding & Reception area. (extra time is alloted to decorate on rehearsal day)
DELUXE PACKAGE - "Day of Wedding coordinator" We help set up/take down tables/chairs. We help and/ or completely set up wedding area decor/reception table decor. We call and organize your wedding vendors/ help with wedding timeline. We help with rehearsal/day of wedding line up. We take down entire Wedding area and box up for you during reception.
NOT INCLUDED - Chairs- you must rent the number of chairs needed for reception - Benches are included in wedding area.- cannot be moved to reception area

Wedding Package Policies:
Our packages are for the Bride & Groom and guest totals as specified in each package.
Minister is NOT included in the price of any package- however, Minister service can be added to any package for $150
All Packages on this page require a deposit at time of Booking to reserve & guarantee your Wedding Date-
**Payment options are available after deposit is paid.
We are reserving Your Wedding date & services specifically for you and your guests-
We have a NO REFUND Policy.
- but, we can change your wedding Date to another available Wedding date if you need to change ~we will move to another date that we have available. at least 48 hour notice is requested if you must move your wedding date or if we have worked something out with you in advance.

* Marriage License Information
Both Bride and Groom need to be at least 18 years of age. Under 18 other conditions apply.
Both will need Photo ID and Know your Social Security Number
There is No Waiting Period, No Blood Test Required, and Witnesses are Not Required.
Fill out their paperwork at the Marriage License Office and pay their fee.
Kootenai County Marriage License office is Open M-F. 9-5 $31.00, Saturday $48.00
With a debit card $32.93 and Saturday $50.44
No Checks - Cash or Debit/Credit card only.
Fees can change at any time so call courthouse for exact costs. 208-446-1492
