The Regular packages includes: Indoor or Outdoor Wedding Ceremony decorations in your colors* Reception Tables decorated with White table linens. Table centerpieces in your colors* Two tables for food (Additional tables available for $6 each) One skirted table for Cake, One gift table. (Color Linen tablecloths available for an extra charge) Dance Floor & Canopy
What is included: Assisting you in putting together your wedding and overseeing your wedding and reception. Connecting you with other wedding vendors according to your needs. Decorating and set up of wedding site (indoor or out), set up and decorating of guest tables and chairs, set up of food tables with paper cloths, gift table, and tear down of all our decorations and haul away trash. What is not included: You will need to run your own rehearsal, coordinate all your own services, (photographer, florist, caterer, etc) organize your ceremony and bridal party, facilitate all of your own events for the night- i.e. toasts, first dances, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, etc. We can not serve food, cake, beer, wine or champagne. We are not caterers or bartenders. Your caterer will be responsible for setting up, serving and taking down any and all food and any decorations. We do not provide decorations for the food tables. You will need to hire people to help you with food service and your wedding/reception music. We do not have Kitchen facilities, so you will need to plan your food accordingly. You must also make sure that all tables after the reception are cleared of trash, cups, etc and put in the garbage cans that we provide.
*Decorations are limited to what we have on hand. Anything you would like used as decorations, you are welcome to bring in, however you are responsible for setting them up and taking them home with you.

What is included: We run and coordinate your Wedding Rehearsal, coordinate the procession line up, and help cue the Bride and Wedding party down the aisle the day of the Wedding and cue the DJ for the music. We will call and coordinate your florist, your cake person, musicians, caterers, etc. for delivery and arrival times. We will put your favors on the table as well as any decorations you have, toasting glasses and serving sets on the cake table, light candles, make sure the aisle runner is down, set up the cake table, set up rentals, help facilitate the evening's events, etc. We will set up the food tables with linens. We will tear everything down and haul the trash away. We will make sure that everything you have brought in with you is returned to you, or the respective person. We can also pin the corsages and boutonnieres on the bridal party.
